Delivery charges
All prices and thresholds are in US dollars (USD). Standard delivery costs US$13 per order when the merchandise total after discounts is below US$69. At US$69 or more, delivery is free and selected automatically. The threshold excludes shipping charges. A discount that reduces the merchandise total below US$69 removes free delivery.
Delivery time
Delivery time is 14 business days from payment confirmation. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays at the delivery destination. Please enter a complete and accurate delivery address.
30-day returns
You may request a return and refund within 30 calendar days after receiving the goods. This voluntary return period does not limit any mandatory right of withdrawal or remedies for faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods. Where EU consumer rules apply, the statutory right of withdrawal is generally 14 calendar days, and the legal guarantee of conformity is generally at least two years.
