You may request a return and refund without giving a reason within 30 calendar days after receiving the goods. Email support@ykwear.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to return the goods. We will provide the return instructions and receiving address. Requesting instructions does not make a statutory withdrawal conditional on our approval.
After notifying us, send the goods back within 14 calendar days. The goods may be inspected as needed to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Any deduction for reduced value must be justified by handling beyond that inspection and permitted by applicable law. Faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods remain subject to statutory remedies.
We reimburse within 14 calendar days after receiving the withdrawal notice; for returned goods we may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence that they were sent back, whichever comes first. Refunds use the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed without extra cost. For withdrawal from the full order, the standard original delivery charge is reimbursed; additional optional express-delivery charges need not be reimbursed.
Any ordinary return postage payable by you must be disclosed before purchase. Where that disclosure is required and has not been made, we bear the return cost as required by law. We bear the necessary return costs for defective or incorrect goods. Contact support@ykwear.com for return arrangements before sending goods.
The voluntary 30-day period does not replace or restrict mandatory consumer rights. Where EU rules apply, online goods purchases generally have a statutory 14-calendar-day withdrawal period, and a legal conformity guarantee of at least two years; longer local rights remain unaffected. You may use the model notice below or any other clear statement.
